Rangshikhar Gompa is 11km up hill drive by car from Trashigang Pam. Rangshikhar Gompa was founded by Togdhen Jigme Chogyal Rinpohce who is popuarly known as Rangshikhar Rinpoche to most Bhutanese people.He was born in the year 1936 and he mastered all necessary budd-hist doctrines from various learned masters. He is a humble person and great meditation master. His simplicity and his urge to help sentient beings is still very young at heart. He has many followers and devotees all over Bhutan and especially in eastern regions. He is well known for displaying miracles and healing the sick. Many followers get initiations and empowerment from rinpoche. He also guide his disciples in respectful ways. He is not seen angry and agitated at any instant of time.In the recent year Mr. Kuenga, the proprietor of Galing Printers and Publishing House, Thimphu was very kind and generous to print multiple copies of Rinpoche's poster (large size photograph) for free on the request of his follower Lhoden. "Buddha dharma pulls every devotee together." Even to this day Lhoden and Mr. Kuenga have not met once. Lhoden is deeply moved by the way Galing Proprietor had granted the request being a stranger still. The proprietor is simply a man with clean heart for dharma cause. Lhoden hopes to meet him in the near future. Lhoden narrated the entire story of making the poster to Rinpoche.
"The jinda wants your prayer and blessing la Rinpoche," Lhoden appealed. Rinpoche was very glad with Mr. Kuenga as he chuckled, "ya ya..Ka drin che wa ani Jui na Jinda ga. Paar jaktsi chod nang ma la mey. Jinda thuk tsher chu me la ani jui na." Then he murmured and prayed for Mr. Kuenga's gross success, prosperity and welbeing of his kind family.
